Question for you

I'm tired. Don't know why. Just am.

I didn't have a bad day. I didn't have a physical day. It was busy work mostly.

That's my job pretty much, busy work and paperwork.

Maybe that's why I'm tired...too much paperwork.

So my question is...

Do you get tired for no apparent reason and if so, how do you combat it?

A good cup of coffee and reading blogs - I get some caffeine and a change of perspective. Makes me feel renewed.

Many times I get tired from bad posture when I spend too much time at the computer (never mind the well developed sitting muscles). What I do is take a brisk walk with the dogs or do my aerobic tape. Sometimes doing a mindless, reptitive task will relieve the fatigue and make me able to concentrate again. (I also like coffee and diet coke a lot.)

It's a side effect of short days, cold weather, and 4+ feet of snow. Have a cup of coffee, curl up with a good book, and remember that spring is coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heh - I was born tired... Honest, I have to push myself to do anything other than sit and read. I find when I get to the point where I'm nearly comatose - walking works for me. Yes, even in the cold. My husband and I walked in all kinds of weather. (now we lay off if the temps are below 15 or it's raining like crazy - I'm not sure if it's older and wiser or just older and lazier)

Usually 2 miles was enough to shake off the extreme lethargy. It's nice if you can get someone to walk with you and chat. In winter it takes me at least a mile to warm up - if it's really cold - a mile and a half. So, by 2 miles I'm warm and feeling more like a person than a zombie.
