2008 elections
So now that the midterm elections are over, talk has turned to the 2008 Presidential elections and who's who among possible frontrunners.
John McCain is a strong possibility for the GOP.
Hillary Clinton is a strong possibility for the Dems.
Toss in Rice, Obama, Gore, and Romney; well it might just get interesting.
Bring in Colin Powell or Rudy Giuliani and you have a race.
Leave John Kerry out in the cold.
My vote would go to Colin or Rudy. I don't know about anyone else except for one sure thing-
I will NEVER EVER vote for Hillary.

I agree with you about Hillary. What do you think about Don Rumsfeld's resignation?
John McCain will never get the GOP nomination - he's ticked off too many people in the last few years.
Romney is a really good possibility - he's very good looking and... wait for it... he's extremely articulate. I don't know much about his positions though - that will be the telling point.
I don't think Condi will run. Much as people want to push her into it - she's never been a campaigner - I don't think she likes elections but she loves working in government - big difference. She's tremendously intelligent and it would be a hoot to see the Dems falling all over themselves dissing a black woman running for office. ROFL.
Obama is charismatic too - and articulate - but he's the typical liberal Dem... let's let government run everything in your life cause you don't know how to.
Gore... ROFLMAO... he can get up and give a bible thumper speech about how his internet is going to save the planet - and why everyone but him should be walking instead of driving.
Powell annoyed a number of the GOP when he was at State... and his wife is kinda flaky about him running - I don't see it.
Rudy - can run on his NY cred - but it would depend on how he stands up to the national press.
Hillary can take a flying leap.
Kerry took himself out of the race last week. No matter what he does now, he's going to look like and arrogant ass.
I know much of the military is divided over Rummy... I'm thinking you may not be able to comment much in your position. I hope the change is good for you all though since it is changing.
Me, I'd like to see Condi vs. Obama in '08 just to watch the race-baiters go crazy trying to figure out how to spin things.
Agreed on Hillary.
Team Air Force can still meet it's goal if each blogger brings in $400 more. That I'll vote for!
